Arrival Instructions

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-ins must be confirmed with an associate by calling (828) 349-0099 at least 3 days prior to your arrival. Unless we give you permission to check in early, you should not be at the property before 4:00 PM on your arrival date.

You will receive an email 7 days prior to check-in with a key code for the property. If you do not receive this email, first check your spam folder, then call us at (828) 349-0099.

Unless you have paid a pet fee and your pet is approved to be at the property, no pets (including the pets of any visitors as well as any stray animals) are allowed on the premises. Guests will be evicted immediately if any unauthorized pets are brought onto the property. The $100.00 non-refundable pet fee grants you permission to bring a pet; any extra cleaning and/or repairs of damage caused by the pet will result in additional fees. You are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse; failure to do so will result in additional fees.

Unless you paid the $25 fee for additional linens, only the following standard linens will be provided:

(2) sets of queen sheets (2 flat sheets, 2 fitted sheets, 4 pillow cases)
(4) bath towels
(4) wash clothes
(4) hand towels
(2) dish clothes
(2) dish towels

(1) set of king sheets and (2) sets of queen sheets (1 flat sheet, 1 fitted sheet, 2 pillow cases – per set)
(6) bath towels
(6) wash clothes
(6) hand towels
(4) dish clothes
(4) dish towels

The GPS Address for Moose, Bear, Elk, Whitetail, and Fox Den is 357 Wide Horizon Drive, Franklin, NC 28734. Additional directions to individual properties will be provided in your check-in/out email. All cabins have a name plate so you know you are in the right place.

Firewood bundles for use with the fire pits are available for pick-up at our office. The cost is $5.00 per bundle.
