Rates include occupancy of up to 6 guests unless otherwise noted. For groups of 6-8 with children who may sleep in the loft area, please contact us at (828) 349-0099 for a booking quote.

Rates include linens for 2 queen beds or an average of 4 guests unless otherwise noted. For stays of more than 4 guests, a surcharge of $25 per stay will apply. If you would prefer to bring your own linens for additional guests, the $25 fee will be removed as long as we are notified at the time of booking.
