Short Term Stays (Stays of 30 Days or Less)

Payment and Cancellation Policy

The full amount of your stay is required to make a reservation, to be paid via credit card.

Payments will be refunded, less a $50.00 cancellation fee, if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before reservation date.

There will be no refunds if cancellation is made within 30 days of reservation date. If you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your reservation within our 30-day/no-refund period, we suggest you purchase travel insurance from Travel Guard.

Once a reservation has been made, any date changes will incur a $10.00 administrative fee.


To keep the cabins at their best, there is a no smoking policy in effect. Pets are not allowed in the cabins unless the guest has received approval from management and paid the $100.00 per pet non-refundable fee (with a maximum of two pets allowed). Failure to abide by this will result in a fine in addition to the extra cleaning fees.

To avoid extra cleaning fees, we ask that you clean up after yourselves and leave the cabins in good order. All bath linens should be left in the bathtub, dishes should be washed, dried and put away, floors swept and all the garbage should be collected and put in the garbage can outside. We’ll take care of the bedding.

We ask that you be mindful of neighbors and abide by the quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Long Term Stays (Stays of 30+ Days)

Stays of 30+ days require a security deposit and a lease agreement. The security deposit will be determined by management and must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the lease period.

At the end of the lease period, the owner has 30 days to inspect the property before returning the security deposit to the tenant. The property must be left in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the lease period. Fees for damage and/or extra cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit will be mailed to the address on file at the office; it is the tenant’s responsibility to provide the correct mailing address for the security deposit.

Linens are not provided for long term stays. It is the tenant’s responsibility to provide linens for the course of their stay.
